Sleep is something deep you are actually experiencing but not paying attention to.

In this article, we would explore the things you should pay attention to when you sleep. Also, you would understand how the dream world works and why it is there in the first place.

Moments in the dream world

In the dream world:

  • You don’t think. You just do things intuitively. Thoughts don’t come through the head to filter the random actions to take.
  • There are infinite dimensions. You can explore all the dimensions. There’s no limit to space. Time is absent. No influence or effect of gravity even though you might see yourself falling down.
  • Whatever we feel as space here, it’s very thick over there. It feels like moving inside the water — with fluid friction against your movement. This happens when you move through some dimensions. Movement is not determined by space but by the dimensions.
  • There is usually the movement of people from all sides with no specific objectives or destination. They either move toward you or away from you.
  • Music sounds differently. It sounds deep from within.
  • It’s not noisy. You would virtually hear the sound of a pin drop.
  • It’s not bright out there. The scene is usually dull, dim or dark.
  • You see the faces of people that you know and strange faces, too. You meet new people for the first time and get some brief introduction which could be friendly or hostile. Also, you sometimes see the faces of people you know are already dead in the actual world.
  • Memory is a form of travel or could initiate you into different scenery like on a stage. The moment you try to remember something, probably in the middle of a discussion with someone, you get in transit to that memory.
  • You’re able to reach for your full potentials and use them.
  • What you fear in the actual world could manifest itself there. For example, if you’re afraid of height in the actual world, you certainly will be afraid of height in the dream world. Your fear hunts you even in your dream. That explains a part of your emotions might be involved while you sleep.
  • Everything appears connected. Whatever happens anywhere affects you instantly.
